This Weekend: January 21st Thomas Wynn & the Believers Album Release Show

It's no secret our love for Thomas Wynn and the Believers. An old touring friend and family, they are easily one of the best roots-americana-rock groups on the east coast of the USA. Their new album, fittingly entitled: Brothers and Sisters has been subject of much eagerness among their fans and friends alike. Guests include the Beauvilles, Andy Matchett & the Minks, Hindu Cowboys, the Attack and others.

the Beauvilles perform at the Salvador DALI museum's anniversary party.

Not sure if we are supposed to advertise this one, as admission is limited to members. But simple enough, become a member of this world class and world renowed museum (that houses many of Salvador Dali's masterworks) and you can get in to this suare' for free. 

This is a far cry from our warehouse art party roots, we know, but Dali was one of the first protest artists that used multimedia, and also one of the firs artists that was famous in his own time on an international level. The guy really did whatever he damn well pleased for the sake of his muses and motivations, and we really admire that one. 

Also if you are a superfan that just has to attend & can't afford the worthy cause of membership in the museum (which is how they stay open etc): contact the band and we may be able to pull some strings. 

Wednesday January 11th 2012 at the Salvador Dali Museum 

Upcoming shows with King Khan & Tandoori Knights and Dead Confederate to be announced.

We love garage rock. We love psych rock. We love playing with garage rock and psych rock bands. Sometimes we play music in garages on psychadelics... so well there you go. 

A brace of dates with King Khan's new Tandoori Knights (much more rockabilly garage than King Khan and BBQ and King Khan and the Shrines...) and also a one night date in Athens GA tba with the lovely and noisy and noir Dead Confederate. 

More info as it comes out via agents and people who have told us not to talk about it, until they do. But the shows will be in November and December, respectively. Heads up....
